It’s essential for your talent to reconnect their social account to ensure you receive the most up-to-date content and metrics in your Foam account. Please refer to the article below for instructions on checking your creator’s connection status.
Log in to your Foam account.
Select Agency Settings from the avatar dropdown
Click Talent
Then locate the Staus and Platform columns
Status | Meaning | Platform Color |
Accepted | The talent has connected either TikTok or Instagram accounts | Blue if connected & red if the connection has expired |
Pending | The talent has started the sign-up process but hasn’t completed it yet. | Grey |
Invited | The creator was invited to connect their social account, but it looks like they haven’t created an account using the email you sent. | Grey |
Not invited | The talent has been manually added as unverified and has not yet been invited to connect their social account. | Grey |
