Klaviyo is a customer data platform and marketing tool that lets you create campaigns, build lists, and automate messaging based on who your customers are and how they engage with your business.
When integrated with myne, customer profiles stay in sync between both platforms — so you can use myne’s customer intelligence directly inside Klaviyo without manual exports or duplicate contacts.
Authorisation
Connecting Klaviyo to myne uses a secure OAuth authorisation flow.
To enable the integration:
Log into myne
Go to Settings (cog) → Integrations
Find Klaviyo
Under Connection – Klaviyo, click Connect
You’ll be redirected to Klaviyo to sign in and approve access
Once authorised, the integration will become active and syncing will begin automatically.
How it works
After the integration is enabled, myne and Klaviyo keep customer data aligned automatically.
New and updated customers in myne sync to Klaviyo immediately
New and updated customers in Klaviyo sync back to myne every 15 minutes
myne customer groups with outbound sync enabled are synced to Klaviyo as Lists, making them easy to target in campaigns and flows
This allows you to build Klaviyo campaigns using live customer behaviour from myne.
What customer data is synced
To support segmentation and personalisation, core customer details are shared between myne and Klaviyo.
This includes:
Name and contact details (email and/or phone)
Date of birth (if available)
Customer groups from myne (available as Lists in Klaviyo)
At least one identifier (email or phone number) is required for a customer to sync successfully.
A note on consent
A note on consent
Marketing consent preferences are always respected.
If a customer’s subscription or opt-in status is managed in Klaviyo, those settings are preserved and not overridden by myne. Customers from myne marketing status is synced to Klaviyo. When Klaviyo records are synced to myne their marketing opt-in is set to null.
Using myne data in Klaviyo
Once connected, you can use myne-powered insights directly in Klaviyo to:
Send campaigns to customer Lists created from myne groups (for example: regulars, VIPs, or lapsed customers)
Build flows triggered by customer behaviour captured by myne
Keep customer profiles consistent across POS, check-in, ordering, and marketing
This lets you run more relevant campaigns without managing multiple customer databases.
