me&u Connect is an email marketing and CRM platform that lets hospitality venues create campaigns, build segments, and send emails to the right customers at the right time. When connected with myne, customer profiles, consent, and group membership stay aligned across both systems.
This integration is designed for venues using me&u Connect to manage email campaigns and customer communication.
What it does
With myne + me&u Connect, you can:
Keep customer profiles in sync between myne and me&u Connect
Send email campaigns in me&u Connect using customer data captured in myne
Use myne customer groups as tags in me&u Connect for segmentation
Maintain consistent marketing consent across both platforms
Authorisation
To connect myne with me&u Connect, you’ll need to authorise access via your myne account.
Log into myne
From the left-hand menu, click Settings (cog) → Integrations
Find me&u and select View integration
Under Connection – me&u Connect, click Connect
You’ll be redirected to a secure OAuth2 flow
Sign in to your me&u Connect account and approve access
Once authorised, the integration will activate automatically.
How it works
After the integration is enabled, myne and me&u Connect keep customer data aligned in the background.
New and updated customers in myne sync to me&u Connect immediately
New and updated customers in me&u Connect sync back to myne every 15 minutes
myne customer groups with outbound sync enabled are sent to me&u Connect as tags, allowing you to build segments and campaigns using myne insights
This ensures both platforms stay up to date without manual imports or ongoing maintenance.
What customer data is synced
Key customer information is shared between myne and me&u Connect to support marketing, segmentation, and personalisation.
This includes:
Name and contact details (email and mobile)
Date of birth (if available)
Email and SMS marketing consent
Customer groups from myne (available as tags in me&u Connect)
Consent is always respected
If a customer has opted out of email or SMS in me&u Connect, that preference is preserved and will not be overridden by myne.
This ensures customers are only contacted through channels they’ve agreed to.
Using myne data in me&u Connect
Once synced, you can use myne-powered insights directly inside me&u Connect.
For example, you can:
Build email campaigns using tags synced from myne groups (e.g. VIPs, regulars, lapsed customers)
Send targeted campaigns based on visit behaviour captured by myne
Keep contact records clean and consistent across systems
This allows you to run smarter campaigns without managing multiple customer lists.
