me&u Loyalty

Increase loyalty by creating bespoke promotions and loyalty campaigns for every customer

Updated this week

Integrate myne with me&u Serve to deliver personalised promotions through the me&u ordering experience — based on real visit and spend behaviour. Offer unique promotions to each customer. Whether the customer has connected with your business via pos, check-in, ordering or online, myne builds an omni-channel customer profile which ties into me&u.

This integration is designed for hospitality venues using me&u’s QR ordering and pay-at-table flow, where guests scan a QR code to view a digital menu, place orders, and pay from their phone

What it does

With myne + me&u loyalty, you can:

  • Create promotions that show to specific customer groups (e.g. VIPs, regulars, lapsed customers)

  • Choose whether promotions are auto-applied (Deals) or manually selected (Offers)

  • Control advanced rules like stacking, time windows, date ranges, and redemption limits

  • Keep customer identity consistent across channels (POS, check-in, ordering), so customers don’t have to re-register

Setup

To enable the integration between me&u and myne, contact myne at hello@myne.network to get started.

You’ll be given a unique Program ID to enter into your myne account.

  1. Log into myne

  2. From the left-hand menu, click Settings (cog) → Integrations

How to Create promotions

In myne, go to Settings (cog) → Promotions.

From here you can view existing promotions or click + New Promotion.

When building a promotion, you’ll configure two key areas:

  • Display (what the customer sees + who it shows to)

  • Rules (how the discount works + when it can apply)

Promotions will display across your myne connection pages which re-direct customers into your me&u ordering experience. Learn more here.

Display

Display how a promo appears in your connection page and who will be able to see the promo based on eligibility.

  • Name & Description - Name of promo and a short description for your connection page

  • Eligibility - Select who can see your promotion vs who is eligible

  • Channel - for me&u please use 'App'

  • Image - Image that is shown in the connection page tile

  • Action URL - Please add the URL to your me&u table ordering experience here

  • CTA Text - What appears in your "Call to Action" button.

Learn more about how to setup promotions reading our guide here.

Rules

Rules are where you can configure how the discount works and when it will apply

Apply Automatically

Choose whether a discount applies automatically or needs to be chosen, me&u uses two key terms:

  • Deals = auto-applied promotions (they apply automatically when eligible)

  • Offers = manually selected promotions (the customer chooses to apply one)

Promotion Types

Promotion types control how the discount is calculated. In myne you’ll typically see:

  • Order-level discount
Applies to the full order total (e.g. 10% off the whole order)

  • Category discount
Applies to items in selected category/categories (e.g. 25% off Coffee Category)

  • Multiple products discount
Discount applies when a customer buys a set number of products from a category (Buy 2 drinks get 10% off), typically applying to the most expensive eligible items.

  • Buy X Get Y
A “meal deal” style rule (e.g. buy 1 food item, get 25% off a drink)

Advanced Settings

Allow Stacking with other Promotions

Stacking controls whether multiple promotions can apply to the same order.

  • Deals on deals (auto-applied promotions): stacking determines whether multiple auto-applied promotions can apply together.

  • Offers on offers (manually selected promotions): customers can only select one manual offer at a time. This helps avoid situations where a customer unintentionally replaces one offer with another, with no way to restore the original offer.

Manually applied offers will override auto-applied deals

Time Window

Use time windows to restrict a promotion to certain days or times (for example, weekdays only, or “Happy Hour” 4–6pm).

Redemption limit

Set how many times a customer can redeem a promotion over a defined period (for example, once per day, once per week, or all-time).

Redemptions are recorded when the customer completes checkout, and redemption limits can allow repeat usage depending on how you configure them.

Dates

Use Valid From and Valid Until to control the date range a promotion is available (for example, a two-week campaign).

How it works for customers

Customers are shared between myne and me&u

When the integration is enabled, customers created in myne are automatically made available in me&u so they don’t need to re-register.

Customers can also start in me&u

If a customer’s first touchpoint is me&u (for example, they scan a QR code and order), they can register via me&u and become a customer that myne can recognise. These customers sync to myne every 15 minutes.
