Dynamic Connection Pages

Build Connection pages which show personalised promotions and content to customers based on their preferences and location

Updated this week

Dynamic Connection Pages are personalised customer pages that adapt based on who the customer is, where they are, and how they engage with your business.

Instead of showing every customer the same static page, connection pages allow you to show different content, promotions, and actions to different customers — automatically.

They’re dynamic because the page changes in real time depending on the customer viewing it and location they are in.

How Dynamic Connection Pages work

When a customer opens a Dynamic Connection Page (usually via QR code or link), myne evaluates:

  • Which location the customer is in

  • Whether the customer is known or new

  • Which customer groups they belong to

  • What promotions or content they’re eligible for

Based on this, myne builds a personalised page for that customer — showing only what’s relevant to them.

Two customers can scan the same QR code and see completely different experiences.

What customers can see on a Dynamic Connection Page

A Dynamic Connection Page can include:

  • Promotions
Targeted offers based on loyalty, visit history, or behaviour.

  • Content
Links to menus, ordering, events, feedback forms, or external experiences.

  • Calls to action
Buttons that drive customers to order, redeem, sign up, or engage further.

Each item can be configured to show only to specific customer groups, or to new customers only.

Setup

To create a Dynamic Connection Page, you’ll first need at least one promotion or content item created.

  1. Log into myne

  2. From the left-hand menu, click Settings (cog) → Connection Flows

  3. Navigate to the Connection Pages Tab

  4. Click + New Connection Page Button

Configure the following fields:

  • Name - Give the connection page a name, for internal use (eg: Table ordering, Counter or a location name)

  • Header image - This is the image that will appear on the top of your connection page

  • Require Customer Connection - When enabled, visitors must share their details before they can see the page

  • Promotions - Select the promotions you wish to display on the page.

  • Content - Select the content you wish to appear on this page

Promotions and content will dynamically appear on the page based on their configuration. Learn how to configure here

Page Links

Once you have created a Connection Page you will be able to see its ID, name, created and updated date on the home page.

You will also see a Page Link which you can copy and share. If you have multiple locations you will be able to generate a page link per location.

Use our QR Codes builder to easily turn these links into venue-ready QR codes.
