Integrating Lightspeed Restaurant O-Series with myne enables seamless synchronisation of your key operational data—helping you unlock customer insights and drive smarter, more effective engagement strategies.

How to Access the Integrations Menu

  1. Log in to Myne

  2. From the left-hand menu, click Integrations

  3. Locate the Lightspeed O-Series card under the POS category

  4. Click the View Integration button to get started

What is Lightspeed Restaurant O-Series?

Lightspeed Restaurant O-Series is a cloud-based Point of Sale (POS) platform built for fast-paced hospitality venues. It gives businesses powerful tools for managing staff, orders, menus, and customer experiences.

🔐 Authorising the Integration

When you select Connect, you'll be taken to a Lightspeed authorisation page. You'll need to log in using a Site Admin account from your Lightspeed account to grant myne permission to connect.

⚠️ Important: The authorising user must have Site Admin & Integration privileges in Lightspeed for the connection to be successful.

🔄 What Data is Synced?

After authorisation, myne will automatically sync:

  • Locations

  • Products

  • Customers

  • The last 6 months of sales data

The initial sync may take several hours, depending on your data volume. After that, syncs are fully automated and significantly quicker.
