Add & Manage users

Simple team management to grant and manage access to myne.

Overview

You have taken the first important step in learning more about your customers. You now wish there was a way to get your whole team involved in this discovery to learn, develop actions and next steps. Thankfully it is super simple to invite users and get them started.

Invite Users

If you have not already, start by logging into myne https://app.myne.network/

  1. From the left navigation, select Users, this page will then list all active users including their name and associated email address.

  2. From the top navigation, select Invite User

  3. Fill in the the required details and select a Role

    1. Admin: Can manage all settings & integrations

    2. User: Read only access

  4. Your invited user will receive an email to complete their account creation and log in.

  • Edit user details (Name/Email)

  • Delete Users
