What common use cases?

When you connect Salesforce or HubSpot to Userled, engagement data automatically syncs to your CRM records. This creates a complete picture of how your personalised campaigns influence accounts and deals directly within your existing workflows.


Other common use cases for enriching accounts and contacts with engagement data include:

  • Account/contact scoring

  • Prioritised list building for sales activation

  • Automation workflows triggered by engagement thresholds

  • General purpose reporting: Engagement overview, Pipeline influence, etc


What Can You Measure?

All the below metrics can be tracked both at the account and contact level, with the exception of LinkedIn engagement which is account-level data only due to LinkedIn's data privacy policies.

LinkedIn Engagement: Accounts engaging with LinkedIn ads

  • Clicks - Ad clicks from target accounts (7/30/90 day windows)

  • Impressions - Ad views from target accounts

  • Engagements - Total LinkedIn interactions

Outbound Activity: Accounts and contacts engaging with personalised outbound content

  • Sessions - Number of unique sessions

  • Visitors - Number of unique visitors

  • Active time - Total active time

  • Last activity - Last time the account actively engaged

Inbound Activity: Accounts and contacts engaging with personalised website experiences

  • Sessions - Number of unique sessions

  • Visitors - Number of unique visitors

  • Active time - Total active time

  • Last activity - Last time the account actively engaged

Website Activity: Accounts and contacts engaging with your organic website (no personalisation)

  • Sessions - Number of unique sessions

  • Visitors - Number of unique visitors

  • Active time - Total active time

  • Last activity - Last time the account actively engaged


Set Up CRM Data Sync

Connect Your CRM: Ensure your CRM is connected

Go to Sync Settings:

  1. Navigate to Integrations β†’ Your CRM

  2. Click Manage

  3. Find Enrich CRM section

Identify Which Data Points to Measure: Select engagement metrics you want to sync:

  • LinkedIn engagement

  • Inbound/outbound sessions

  • Website sessions

Create Custom Fields in CRM:

For example,

  • LinkedIn_Clicks_7_Days (Number)

  • LinkedIn_Impressions_30_Days (Number)

  • Inbound_Sessions_90_Days (Number)

Timestamp Fields (Date/Time type):

  • Last_Userled_Engagement (Date/Time)

  • First_Userled_Engagement (Date/Time)

Note: All engagement count fields use Number type, URLs use Single-line text, and activity timestamps use Date/Time type.

Configure Mappings:

  1. Map each Userled data point to your custom CRM fields

  2. Choose sync to Accounts, Contacts, or both

  3. Click Save and Sync

Data Sync Frequency

Userled syncs data every 24 hours, around 3:00 a.m.
