Important: The following credit policy is effective for all credits issued or purchased on or after February 1, 2026.
1. Credit Expiration & Rollover
The lifespan of your credits depends on your subscription status and the type of payment made.
Active Monthly Subscriptions
As long as you have an active recurring subscription, unused credits roll over for one (1) additional billing cycle. This gives each credit a maximum lifespan of 60 days from the date it was issued.
One-Time Credit Purchases
If you make a one-time payment for a specific credit bundle (without an active recurring subscription):
Expiration: These credits follow a fixed lifespan and will expire strictly 35 days after the date of purchase.
No Rollover: Since there is no subsequent billing cycle to "roll into," these credits must be used within that 35-day window.
After Cancelling Your Subscription
If you cancel your subscription or a recurring payment fails:
Your account will retain any remaining credits for a limited time.
All remaining credits will expire 35 days after your last successful payment. To avoid losing these credits, we recommend using them before this period ends.
Expired Credits
Once credits expire, whether from a cancelled subscription or a one-time purchase, they are permanently removed from your account balance and cannot be recovered or refunded.
π‘ Tip: To get the most value from your credits, plan usage before they expire or contact support for advice.
2. Maximum Credit Balance (The 3x Cap)
The Subscription Ceiling
To keep account balances manageable, we apply a Subscription Ceiling. Your account cannot accrue new monthly subscription credits if your balance is already three times (3x) your monthly plan allowance.
Note: Because subscription credits expire after 60 days, most users will never hit this limit through normal usage.
How it Works at Renewal
On your billing date, the system checks your balance:
Under the Cap: Your new monthly credits are added as usual.
Over the Cap: If your balance is already at or above the 3x limit (usually due to a plan downgrade or a large top-up), no new subscription credits will be issued for that month.
Special Case: Plan Downgrades
If you move from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan, your total credit balance will be adjusted (trimmed) to 3x the limit of your new plan at the start of the next billing cycle. This ensures your balance stays proportionate to your current subscription level.
Scenario | Monthly Plan | Balance at Billing | Credits Added? | Final Balance |
Regular Usage | 1,000 credits | 1,400 | Yes | 2,400 |
Near Cap | 1,000 credits | 2,400 | Partial | 3,000 (Max Cap) |
Over Cap | 1,000 credits | 3,100 | No | 3,000 (Trimmed) |
