Your first 500 credits are waiting
When you sign up, Twain adds 500 free credits to your account automatically. You have 30 days to use them.
What can you do with 500 credits?
Generate personalized, research-backed outreach sequences for up to 500 leads. Twain handles the research, the writing, and the follow-ups.
How far your credits go depends on the mode you pick for each lead. Base costs 1 credit per lead, High costs 2, and Ultra starts at 10. So 500 credits gets you 500 leads on Base, 250 on High, or a smaller set of accounts on Ultra. You choose per lead, so you can mix all three inside one campaign. See How Modes Work: Base, High, and Ultra for what each one gives you.
Do they roll over?
Yes, if you act before they expire. If you subscribe to a monthly plan or buy a credit bundle while your trial credits are still active, the unused trial credits roll over into your balance.
If you do nothing, unused trial credits expire 30 days after sign-up and cannot be restored. That is a shorter window than the 60 days that apply to purchased and subscription credits, so it is worth running a small campaign in your first week. That way you see results and can refine your setup before the window closes.
How do I track my balance?
Bottom-left corner of the app, or go to Settings → Subscription. Each campaign also has a log showing which leads were generated, in which mode, and what they cost.
Ready to get more credits?
If you've used up your free credits or they have expired, you can top up your balance or subscribe to a monthly plan.
