How do Free Credits work?
As soon as you create your Twain account, your 50 Free Credits are automatically added to your balance. You can use these for any of our core features.
When do they expire?
To encourage you to start improving your emails right away, Free Credits expire 30 days from your Sign-Up date.
Rollover: Free credits do not roll over. If they are not used within the first 30 days, they will be removed from your account.
Tracking: You can check your remaining balance and the exact expiration date in your Settings > Billing dashboard.
Ready to get more credits?
If you’ve used up your Free Credits or they have expired, you can top up your balance or subscribe to a monthly plan.
