Usewalter pulls all of its information from Condo Manager during the sync, this includes the Residents.

To input an owner Usewalter, here are the steps you need to take in Condo Manager.

2. Click on "add new" to create a new resident or choose from the existing ones

3. Choose the unit of which the resident is the Owner

4. Enter the name of the account, the last name, first name and email. Also, check the resident box if the owner is living in the unit.

5. After the Usewalter Sync, the resident will appear as the Owner of the unit
