Usewalter pulls all of its information during the sync with Condo Manager, this includes the Residents

To input a Family member in Usewalter, here are the steps you need to take in Condo Manager.

2. Click on "add new" to create a new resident or choose from the existing ones. Since it is a family member, you should be choosing an existing Owner or Tenant.

3. In the Owner or Tenants profile, click on the Occupants tab

4. Click on the "add new" icon to create a new Family Member (occupant in Condo Manager)

5. Enter the name of the resident and click save

5. After the Usewalter Sync, the resident will appear as a Family Member of the unit
