Usewalter pulls all of its information during the sync with Condo Manager, this includes the Residents.
To input a tenant in Usewalter, here are the steps you need to take in Condo Manager.
On your syndicats main page, click on the Tenants icon
2. Click on "add new" to create a new resident or choose from the existing ones
3. Choose the unit in which the resident is the Tenant. In this section, you will also need to change the last digit of the account number. (i.e. if the owners account number is 107.1, put the tenant as 107.2)
4. Enter the name of the account, the last name, first name and email.
5. After the Usewalter Sync, the resident will appear as the Tenant of the unit
