How do I reset my Smart Card?
Go to your dashboard at app.v1ce.co, click NFC Cards, find the card, and click Reset. This unlinks the card from its current profile. You can then reactivate it by scanning the QR code.
Step by step
Log in at app.v1ce.co
Go to NFC Cards
Find the card you want to reset
Click Reset
Confirm the reset
The card is now unlinked. It will not show any profile when tapped until it is reactivated.
When to reset a card
• Employee has left: Reset their card so it can be given to someone new • Switching profiles: If you want to link the card to a completely different account • Troubleshooting: If the card is behaving unexpectedly, a reset can fix it • Selling or giving away: Reset the card before passing it to someone else
What happens when you reset?
• The physical card is unlinked from the current profile • The digital profile is NOT deleted — it stays on the account • Contacts and analytics are NOT deleted • The card can be reactivated by scanning the QR code on the back

Log in (or create a new account)
Link the card to a profile
The card is active again
I cannot find the reset option
Make sure you are logged in with the account that owns the card. If the card belongs to a team, the team admin may need to reset it. If you cannot access the original account, contact us with a photo of the QR code and we will reset it.
