How do I save my page to my digital wallet?
On V1CE ClientCapture OS, you can save your V1CE page to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet so you can share it without your physical card. Wallet pass has its own item under the More menu in your V1CE dashboard.
How to save your page to your wallet on V1CE ClientCapture OS
Log in at app.v1ce.co
Open the More menu in the sidebar and click Wallet pass
Customise your wallet pass. Details pull from your V1CE page on their own; edit if needed
Change the colour and add a logo or header image
Click Save to wallet
On iPhone, it saves to Apple Wallet. On Android, it saves to Google Wallet
If you can't find the Wallet pass option, your V1CE software may not have the feature on your plan. Contact V1CE support.
How do I share from my wallet?
Open the wallet pass on your phone and let the other person scan the QR code with their phone camera. They land on your V1CE page immediately.
My wallet pass is not saving
If the wallet pass is not saving:
Make sure you are accessing the wallet feature from your phone, not a desktop computer.
On iPhone, make sure Apple Wallet is enabled in your phone Settings.
On Android, make sure Google Wallet is installed and active.
Use Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Android for the best result.
Clear your browser cache and try again.
Can I update my wallet pass after saving?
If you update your V1CE page, you need to create a new wallet pass to reflect the changes. The old pass does not refresh on its own.

If you are on legacy V1CE Plus, Pro, or Teams software
If your dashboard has a Tools menu, you are on the legacy V1CE software. On legacy, the Wallet pass is under the Tools menu:
Log in at app.v1ce.co
Click Tools in the left menu
Click Wallet, then Pass
Customise your wallet pass with your details
Click Save to wallet
