If you are on V1CE ClientCapture OS, go to More > Wallet pass in your dashboard. If you are on legacy V1CE Plus, Pro, or Teams software, go to Tools > Wallet > Pass. Customise your wallet pass and tap Save to Wallet to add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

If you see a link switcher at the top of your dashboard, you are on legacy V1CE software. The wallet pass lives under Tools:

Always accessible: Your V1CE card is on your phone, even if you forget your physical card. Works offline: The wallet pass stores your contact details locally. Quick sharing: Open your wallet, show the QR code, and the other person scans it. Professional look: Having a digital wallet pass alongside your physical card shows you are serious about networking.

Make sure you are accessing the wallet feature from your phone, not a desktop computer. On iPhone, make sure Apple Wallet is enabled in Settings. On Android, make sure Google Wallet is installed. Try using Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android) for the best experience. Clear your browser cache and try again.

If you change your page details, you will need to create and save a new wallet pass to reflect the updates. The old pass will not update on its own.

Yes. The wallet pass is a great backup if you lose your physical card or phone sticker. You can share your page by showing the QR code in your wallet to anyone.
