What is the difference between PVC, bamboo, and metal cards?

V1CE offers three card materials. All have the same NFC technology inside — the difference is the look, feel, and durability.

PVC (Original)

Material: Lightweight plastic • Printing: Full-colour, both sides • Durability: Good for everyday use • Weight: Light, similar to a standard credit card • Price: Most affordable option • Best for: Anyone who wants a professional Smart Card at the best price

Bamboo

Material: Real sustainably sourced wood • Printing: Full-colour, both sides • Durability: Good, but natural wood can be affected by humidity and temperature over time • Weight: Slightly heavier than PVC • Price: Mid-range • Best for: Eco-conscious professionals who want a natural, distinctive look

Metal

Material: Stainless steel with gold or silver plating • Printing: Two-tone engraved design (not full-colour) • Durability: Most durable — resistant to scratching, bending, and wear • Weight: Noticeably heavier, premium feel • Price: Premium option • Best for: Professionals who want a standout, luxury card that makes an impression

Which one should I choose?

Need full-colour branding? Choose PVC or bamboo — both support full-colour printing • Want something eco-friendly? Choose bamboo • Want the most premium feel? Choose metal • On a budget? PVC offers the best value

Are the cards all the same size?

Yes. All V1CE Smart Cards are standard credit card size (85.6mm x 54mm), so they fit in any wallet or card holder.

Can I switch materials later?

Yes. Simply order a new card in your preferred material. When it arrives, activate it and link it to your existing profile. Your digital profile stays the same.
