Is V1CE in stock? When will my card type or colour be available again?
V1CE product availability is shown live on the V1CE website. To check whether a specific card material, colour, or accessory is in stock, go to the relevant product page on v1ce.co and try to add it to your cart. If a colour or option is greyed out or missing, it is currently out of stock. For an estimated restock date on a specific item, contact V1CE support.
How to check what's currently in stock
To check current V1CE stock:
Go to v1ce.co and open the product page for the card type you want (PVC, bamboo, metal, or accessories like QR keyrings or Table Tap NFCs).
Look at the colour or finish selector. Greyed-out, marked "Sold out", or missing options are not currently available.
If your preferred option is showing as in stock, add it to your cart and continue to checkout.
Stock on the website is updated live. If you can add a product to your cart and complete checkout, V1CE has it in stock.
When will a specific colour or material be back in stock?
If a specific V1CE colour or material is out of stock and you want an estimated restock date, contact V1CE support with the exact product (for example, "Black & Silver Metal" or "white PVC"). V1CE checks the production schedule and gives you an estimate. Estimates are approximate, not committed dates.
I can't find the exact colour combination I want
If you cannot find the exact V1CE colour combination on the website (for example, "black with blue print"), there are two possibilities:
The combination is not currently in V1CE's standard catalogue. The base colours, finishes, and engraving colours shown on each product page are the complete catalogue.
For bulk or team orders, V1CE may be able to produce custom combinations. Contact V1CE support with the colour combination you want and the order size you're considering, and the team will check whether a custom run is feasible.

QR keyrings, lanyards, and other accessories
V1CE's accessory range (QR keyrings, lanyards, card holders, Table Tap NFCs) is on the accessories pages of v1ce.co. Stock for accessories works the same way as cards. Greyed-out or sold-out options are not currently available. For restock estimates on a specific accessory, contact V1CE support.
