Why might you have two accounts?
• You signed up with different email addresses at different times • You created a free account and then a paid account separately • You used a personal email and a work email • You inherited a card from someone else and created a new account instead of adding it to your existing one
What gets merged?
• Physical Smart Cards are reassigned to the primary account • Digital profiles are moved to the primary account • Contacts and analytics are consolidated • The secondary account is deactivated
Can I do this myself?
