How do I change the email on my account?
You can change your login email from your dashboard under Settings > Profile. If you no longer have access to your old email, send us a photo of the QR code on the back of your card so we can verify your identity and update it for you.

Go to Settings > Profile
Update your email address
You may need to verify the new email

I cannot access my old email
If you no longer have access to the email address linked to your account:
Send us a photo of the QR code on the back of your Smart Card
Let us know the new email address you want to use
We will verify your identity and update it for you
This is a security measure to prevent unauthorised changes to your account.
I changed email but cannot receive verification codes
β’ Check the Spam and Junk folders of your new email β’ Make sure you typed the new email correctly β’ If your new email is a corporate address, ask IT to whitelist emails from v1ce.co β’ Contact us and we can verify you manually
Does changing my email affect my profile or cards?
No. Changing your login email only affects how you sign in. Your digital profile, Smart Cards, contacts, and all other data remain unchanged.
I have two accounts on different emails
If you have accidentally created two accounts, we can merge them for you. Contact us with both email addresses and we will consolidate everything under one account.
