How do I send documents for e-signature with V1CE?

Upload your document, add signature fields, enter the recipient's email, and send. Both of you get the signed copy automatically.

> Other ways people ask this: "Does V1CE have e-signatures?" β€’ "Can I get contracts signed through V1CE?" β€’ "How do I replace DocuSign with V1CE?"

How it works

  1. Go to E-Signatures in your dashboard

  2. Upload your document (PDF, Word, or other file types)

  3. Drag signature fields to the exact spot where you need signatures

  4. Enter the recipient's email and send

  5. They click a link in the email, then draw their signature or type their name

  6. Both of you receive the signed document automatically

Can I add multiple signers?

Yes. Add as many signers as the document needs.

Can I save templates?

Yes. Save documents you send often and reuse them. No need to upload the same contract every time.

Can I see if someone has viewed or signed?

Yes. Track views and signatures in your dashboard. You will know the moment they sign.

What file types can I upload?

Any document type. PDF, Word, and others all work.

Works with: Contacts, Flows, dashboard.
