Go to Broadcasts in your dashboard, write your message or pick a template, choose your contacts, and send. Replies come straight to your inbox.

How is this different from Flows?
Flows send automatically over days or weeks after someone shares their details. Broadcasts are one-off emails you send manually when you have something to say.
How to send a broadcast
Go to Broadcasts in your dashboard
Write your message or pick a template
Select your contacts (all, or filter by tags and date captured)
Choose Send now or pick a date and time
Click Send
What can I include?
Text, images, links, and attachments. Keep it personal and focused on one clear message.
Where do replies go?
Straight to your regular email inbox. You reply from there as normal.
Are there templates?
Yes. Choose from simple templates or write your own from scratch.
