To send a Check-in to your contacts, open the More menu in your V1CE dashboard, click Check-ins (previously called Email Broadcasts), write your message or pick a template, choose your contacts, and send. Replies come straight to your inbox.

Write your message or pick a template
Select your contacts (all, or filter by tags and date captured)
Choose Send now or pick a date and time
Click Send

Where do replies to a Check-in go?
Replies to a Check-in go straight to your regular email inbox. You reply from there as normal.
