How do I rearrange the sections on my V1CE page?
To rearrange the sections on your V1CE digital page, drag and drop the blocks into the order you want in the page editor. Most blocks can be reordered and removed freely. Blocks with a lock icon are pinned in place by the template, usually a header block locked at the top, or a trust-line block locked at the bottom. Everything else can be moved.
How to drag and drop blocks
To reorder blocks on your V1CE page:
Log in at app.v1ce.co
Open the page you want to edit
In the page editor, click and hold a block, then drag it to the position you want
Drop the block. The new order saves on its own
Repeat for any other blocks you want to move
Changes go live immediately. The next person to tap your card or scan your QR code sees the new order.
What the lock icon means
If a block has a lock icon on it, the block is pinned in place by your template's design and cannot be reordered. There are two common cases:
Lock at the top: the block (usually a header or hero block) is locked to the top of the page as part of the template's design.
Lock at the bottom: the block (usually a trust line, footer, or similar) is locked to the bottom for the same reason.
Everything else on your page (links, sections, social icons, video, custom content blocks) can be reordered and removed freely.
How to remove a block
To remove a block from your V1CE page, click into the block in the page editor and look for a delete or remove option. Blocks with a lock icon cannot be removed because they are required by the template.
I want to change the locked blocks. Can I switch templates?
If the locked header or trust line on your current template is not what you want, switch templates:
Create a new link using a different template
Set up the new page the way you want
Go to Tap/NFC Cards and click the edit pencil in the Digital Card column for your physical card
Select the new link from the dropdown. Your physical card now points to the new page
Your QR code does not change. Anyone who taps or scans your card is routed to the new page on its own.
I do not see a drag handle on my blocks
If you do not see a drag-to-reorder handle on any of your blocks, your page may be on an older or limited template. Send V1CE support a screenshot of your page editor and the team will tell you what's possible on your current template and help you switch if needed.
Can I schedule changes to publish later?
Not yet. Scheduled publishing isn't available on V1CE pages, every save goes live straight away. If you need to coordinate a launch (a new role, a product reveal, a campaign), prep the new layout on a separate draft page and only assign your V1CE card to it when you're ready to go live. Switching cards over to the new page in Tap/NFC Cards takes effect immediately, so you control the moment it goes public.
