How do I order a replacement or additional V1CE card?
To order a replacement or additional V1CE card, go to v1ce.co and place a new order. In the design portal you can select your previous design so you do not start from scratch. When the new card arrives, activate it and link it to your existing V1CE page.
Reordering a V1CE card with the same design
To reorder a V1CE card with the same design as before, follow the same checkout flow as a new order. The design selector handles the "same as before" case for you, so there is no separate "reorder" path to find.
Go to v1ce.co and choose the same product (same material and colour) as your previous card.
Complete checkout as you would for a new order.
At the design step in the design portal, select your previous design from the dropdown. If you cannot see it, quote your previous order number when prompted and V1CE will pull it across.
Approve the mockup. V1CE does not print any card, including reorders, without mockup approval.
The card ships once the mockup is approved.
This is the same workflow as ordering a brand-new card. The design selector is what makes the "same as before" case work, you do not need a separate reorder button.
Ordering a replacement
To order a replacement V1CE card, follow these steps:

Choose your card material and colour.
Complete your purchase.
In the design portal, select your previous design.
Approve the mockup. V1CE does not print any card, including replacements, without mockup approval.
When the card arrives, activate it from your dashboard and link it to your page.
Ordering an additional card
To order an additional V1CE card, the process is the same as a replacement. Each new card comes with its own NFC chip and QR code. You can link it to the same page or to a different one.
Can I reorder from my dashboard?
Reordering from the dashboard is coming. You will be able to click Reorder from v1ce.co/dashboard/orders to reuse a previous design without going through the full design brief again. If you cannot see this option yet, place the order through v1ce.co and quote your previous order number when prompted in the design portal.
Can I upgrade from PVC to metal?
Yes, you can upgrade from a PVC card to a metal card. Place an order for a metal card on v1ce.co. When it arrives, activate it and link it to your existing page. Your V1CE page and all your contacts carry over, only the physical card changes.
Does my V1CE page change?
No. Your V1CE page is independent of the physical card. Switching cards does not affect your page, your contacts, or your Insights data. Your V1CE Free Forever access continues as before.
Tips
Your V1CE page stays the same when you swap cards.
If you are ordering for a team, a bundle gives you a volume discount. Bundles of 10 or more cards include lanyards.
