How do I sell Services on my V1CE page?

V1CE Services lets you sell digital products, paid bookings, service packages, or anything else directly from your V1CE page. Customers pay through your own Stripe account, which means the money goes to you directly and V1CE takes 0% of the transaction. Services is available on V1CE ClientCapture OS.

What is Services

Services is V1CE's built-in storefront feature on V1CE ClientCapture OS. From the Services section of your dashboard you can list paid offerings on your V1CE page: consultations, courses, downloadable files, service packages, or anything else you sell. When someone visits your page, taps a Service, and pays, the payment runs through your own Stripe account.

Two important things about how V1CE Services works:

Payments go to your own Stripe account. V1CE does not hold or process the money. You connect your Stripe account once, and from then on every Service sale is paid into your Stripe balance.

V1CE takes 0% of the transaction. There is no V1CE commission, platform fee, or revenue share on Services sales. You pay Stripe's standard processing fees and that is it.

How to set up Services

To start selling Services from your V1CE page:

  1. Log in at app.v1ce.co

  2. Click the More menu in the sidebar, then Services (the URL is /digital-products)

  3. Connect your Stripe account when prompted. If you don't already have a Stripe account, you can create one at stripe.com during the connection flow

  4. Click Create Service and enter the details: name, description, price, payment type (one-off or recurring)

  5. If it is a digital file or content, upload the file or set the redirect URL

  6. Save and the Service is ready to add to your V1CE page

How to add a Service to your V1CE page

Once you have created a Service, add it to your V1CE page so visitors can see and buy it:

  1. Go to Pages in your sidebar

  2. Open the page you want to add the Service to

  3. Drag a Services block into your page

  4. Select which Services to show in that block

  5. Save and publish

Visitors who tap your card or open your V1CE page now see your Services and can buy directly from the page.

What can you sell as a Service?

V1CE Services supports several Service types:

One-off digital downloads — eBooks, templates, audio files, video files, course material, PDFs

One-off service packages — consultations, audits, design work, anything you bill once for

Recurring subscriptions — monthly memberships, paid newsletters, ongoing access to content

Link-based access — sell access to a private URL (e.g., a hosted course or members area)

Paid bookings — paid meeting slots integrated with your Bookings feature

How payments work

V1CE Services payments are processed end-to-end through your own connected Stripe account:

• When a customer pays for a Service on your V1CE page, Stripe charges their card and credits the amount to your Stripe balance

• Stripe deducts its standard processing fee (typically around 1.5–2.9% plus a small per-transaction fee, depending on your country and card type)

• V1CE takes 0% — there is no V1CE platform fee or commission on top

• Stripe pays out to your bank account on your normal Stripe payout schedule

• You manage refunds, disputes, and customer billing issues through your Stripe dashboard

How customers receive what they bought

After a successful payment, V1CE delivers the Service on its own based on what you set up:

For digital file Services: the customer receives an email with secure download links to the files

For URL access Services: the customer receives an email with the access link

For service package Services: the customer receives a confirmation email, and you receive a notification so you can deliver the service

For paid Bookings: the customer receives a calendar invite and your meeting link

Where do I see my Services sales?

Two places:

Your V1CE Services dashboard at /digital-products — shows sales count, customers, and per-Service performance

Your Stripe dashboard — shows the actual financial side: charges, payouts, refunds, disputes

How do refunds work for Services?

Refunds are issued from your Stripe dashboard, not from V1CE. Log in to Stripe, find the charge, and click Refund. V1CE will pick up the refund status and update the Service order in your dashboard. Because V1CE does not take a fee on the original sale, full or partial refunds are entirely your call.

Which currency can I sell in?

Whatever currency you have configured on your Stripe account. V1CE Services passes the currency through to Stripe, so what your customer pays and what lands in your Stripe balance is set by your Stripe configuration.

I don't have a Stripe account — can I still use Services?

You need a Stripe account to use V1CE Services because Stripe is the payment processor. You can create a Stripe account during the Services connection flow in V1CE — it takes about 10 minutes and is free to set up. Once connected, Services is ready to use.

If you are on legacy V1CE software

On the legacy V1CE Plus, Pro, or Teams software, the equivalent feature is called Storefront. It works similarly but the menu location and some details may differ. To get the current V1CE Services feature with the 0% V1CE fee and full Stripe integration, contact V1CE support about moving to V1CE ClientCapture OS.
