V1CE's current software has two tiers: V1CE Free Forever (the free plan, included with every V1CE card) and V1CE ClientCapture OS (the paid plan with all the advanced contact-capture, CRM, and follow-up features). Customers who joined V1CE before the May 2026 platform update may still be on the older Plus, Pro, or Teams plans, which V1CE continues to honour. The legacy plans are no longer sold to new customers.

Every V1CE card comes with V1CE Free Forever. You do not pay anything monthly and the plan does not expire. Free Forever includes:

One fully customisable V1CE page. NFC tap and QR code sharing. Save Contact and vCard export. Apple and Google Wallet pass. Email signature builder. QR codes for sharing. Basic insights (page views, taps).

This is enough for most individual customers who want a clean digital business card and contact-saving for the people who tap their card.

V1CE ClientCapture OS is the paid plan that turns V1CE from a digital business card into a full contact-capture and follow-up platform. ClientCapture OS includes everything in Free Forever, plus:

Contact Capture forms on your V1CE page. Smart follow-ups (V1CE's automated email sequences for new contacts). CRM integrations with HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, and webhooks. Check-ins (one-off bulk emails to your contacts). Services (sell consultations or products through your V1CE page with 0% platform fees). Agreements (send and sign contracts inside V1CE). Bookings (let people book time with you directly from your V1CE page). Advanced insights with per-contact activity. Multiple V1CE pages and page switching. Priority support.

If you joined V1CE before May 2026, you may still be on one of these older plans:

V1CE Plus: V1CE's previous paid plan for individuals. Roughly equivalent to today's ClientCapture OS, with the older feature names (Flows instead of Smart follow-ups, Storefront instead of Services, Broadcasts instead of Check-ins, e-signatures instead of Agreements). Legacy Plus customers keep their plan as long as they stay subscribed.

V1CE Pro: An earlier name for V1CE's paid plan, used briefly before Plus. Functionally similar.

V1CE Teams: V1CE's previous multi-user plan, no longer sold to new customers. If you have V1CE Teams, your team continues to work as before. Multi-user features have been consolidated into ClientCapture OS for new customers, with a link switcher and Create Link pattern that gives one account multiple cardholders, or with V1CE Plus Unlimited (an annual plan for unlimited cardholders under one account). If you are an existing Teams customer and want to add more team members, contact V1CE support.

If you just want to share your details: V1CE Free Forever is everything you need, included free with your card.

If you want to capture contacts and follow up: V1CE ClientCapture OS adds Contact Capture, Smart follow-ups, CRM, Services, Agreements, and Bookings. Best for sales, consultants, founders, and anyone treating V1CE as a lead-generation surface.

If you are ordering for a team of two or more: V1CE ClientCapture OS works for teams, and V1CE Plus Unlimited covers unlimited cardholders under one yearly plan. Contact V1CE support for a team quote.

The upgrade takes effect straight away. You can cancel during the trial without being charged.

The card material (PVC, bamboo, or metal) is a one-time purchase, separate from your software plan. Any V1CE card material works with any V1CE plan. The Free Forever software is included with every card you buy, regardless of material.

Yes. You can upgrade from V1CE Free Forever to V1CE ClientCapture OS at any time from your dashboard. If you cancel ClientCapture OS, you drop back to V1CE Free Forever and keep using your V1CE card with the included Free Forever features. Your V1CE page and all contacts you have captured stay on your account.

If you are on legacy V1CE Plus, V1CE Pro, or V1CE Teams, you can carry on as you are. V1CE keeps those plans active for existing customers. If you would like to move to ClientCapture OS, contact V1CE support and the team will set up the switch for you. There is no rush, but ClientCapture OS has the newer interface and a few extra features (Agreements, Services with 0% platform fees, Check-ins replacing Broadcasts).
