How do I delete my V1CE account and all my data?

You can delete your V1CE account and all your personal data at any time. V1CE supports the GDPR right to be forgotten for every customer, regardless of where you live. You can start the deletion from your Settings, or contact V1CE support and the team will delete the account for you.

How to delete your account from Settings

To delete your V1CE account from Settings yourself:

  1. Log in to app.v1ce.co.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Scroll to the bottom and click Delete Account.

  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

If you do not see the Delete Account option, or you see it but the confirmation does not complete, use the support route below instead.

How to delete your account by contacting V1CE support

If the self-serve Delete Account option in Settings is not working, or you would rather V1CE delete the account for you, contact V1CE support with:

  • The email address on your V1CE account.

  • A written request stating you want your account and all associated personal data deleted under your GDPR right to be forgotten.

V1CE confirms the deletion in writing once it is complete, usually within a few working days and always within the GDPR statutory window.

What gets deleted

When V1CE deletes your account, the following data is removed:

  • Your V1CE account record and login credentials.

  • Every V1CE page on the account, including text, photos, logos, and links.

  • Every contact in your CRM and every captured Contact Capture form submission.

  • Smart follow-ups, Check-ins, Agreements, Services, Bookings, and Insights data tied to the account.

  • Your V1CE card's link to your account, so the card no longer shares your page when tapped.

What V1CE may retain and why

V1CE retains a small amount of information after account deletion, only where the law requires it. The data V1CE may keep is limited to:

  • Order and payment records, kept for the period required by UK accounting and tax law.

  • Invoices, kept for VAT and accounting compliance.

  • Records related to active disputes, refunds, or legal matters, kept until resolved.

This retained data is separated from your personal profile and is not used for any other purpose.

What happens to your V1CE card after deletion

Your physical V1CE card still exists after the account is deleted, but it no longer points to a live page. To use the same V1CE card again, create a new V1CE account, link the card, and build a new page. You can keep the card and reuse it indefinitely.
