How do I delete my account and data?
To delete your V1CE account and data, go to your V1CE dashboard at app.v1ce.co, then Settings > Delete Account. This removes your V1CE account and all associated data permanently. Before you delete, cancel any active V1CE subscription first so you do not keep being billed at the next renewal.
Before you delete your V1CE account
Before you delete your V1CE account, check two things so you do not lose money or data unexpectedly. Account deletion cannot be undone, and a delete on an account with an active subscription does not refund the current billing period or stop a renewal that is already scheduled.
If you have an active V1CE ClientCapture OS subscription, cancel it first:
Go to Settings > Manage subscription and cancel the plan.
Cancelling stops future renewals and keeps your physical V1CE card and your Free Forever page working. You do not need to delete the account just to stop paying.
If you delete the account while a subscription is still active, you may still be charged at the next renewal date.
If you want a fresh start without losing your physical V1CE card:
Unpublish your V1CE page, which hides your page without deleting your account.
Reset your cards, which stops individual cards from working without deleting everything.
Edit your page, clearing out the existing content and rebuilding rather than deleting.

Log in at app.v1ce.co
Go to Settings
Scroll down to Delete Account
Click Delete Account and confirm
What happens when you delete your V1CE account?
When you delete your V1CE account:
Your V1CE page is removed and will no longer be accessible
Your contacts and Insights data are permanently deleted
Your physical V1CE card will stop working (it will show a 404 error when tapped)
Any active V1CE subscriptions are cancelled at deletion, but a renewal already in flight may still bill
This action cannot be undone
I just want to stop paying
If you just want to stop paying, you do not need to delete your V1CE account. Go to Settings > Manage subscription and cancel your plan. You keep V1CE Free Forever features.
Can I recover my data after deleting?
No, you cannot recover your data after deleting your V1CE account. Account deletion is permanent. Make sure you export any contacts or data you want to keep before deleting.
