How do I delete my account and data?

Go to your dashboard at app.v1ce.co, then Settings > Delete Account. This removes your account and all associated data permanently.

Step by step

  1. Log in at app.v1ce.co

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Scroll down to Delete Account

  4. Click Delete Account and confirm

What happens when you delete your account?

• Your digital profile is removed and will no longer be accessible • Your contacts and analytics data are permanently deleted • Your physical Smart Card will stop working (it will show a 404 error when tapped) • Any active subscriptions are cancelled • This action cannot be undone

Before you delete

Consider these alternatives:

Cancel your subscription instead — this stops billing but keeps your free profile and data • Unpublish your profile — this hides your profile without deleting your account • Reset your cards — this stops individual cards from working without deleting everything

I just want to stop paying

You do not need to delete your account to stop charges. Go to Settings > Manage Subscriptions > Billing and cancel your plan. You keep the free Smart Card features.

Can I recover my data after deleting?

No. Account deletion is permanent. Make sure you export any contacts or data you want to keep before deleting.
