Can I speak to V1CE on the phone? How do I reach a live person?
You can't speak to V1CE on the phone, because V1CE doesn't offer phone support. V1CE supports customers through live chat and email instead, and the people who reply are real V1CE teammates, not just bots. The fastest path to a live person is the chat in the Help Centre or in app.v1ce.co.
The fastest way to reach a live V1CE teammate
The fastest way to reach a live V1CE teammate is the chat widget. To start a chat:
Open the V1CE Help Centre or app.v1ce.co.
Click the chat icon in the bottom right corner.
Send your question. The V1CE AI assistant answers common questions on its own and hands the chat to a V1CE teammate when needed.
If you'd rather skip the AI assistant and go straight to a teammate, say "I'd like to speak to a person" and the chat is routed to the V1CE support team.
Email support
You can also reach V1CE by email at support@v1ce.co. Email replies are usually slower than chat, so chat is the better choice for time-sensitive questions.
V1CE working hours
V1CE replies during typical UK working hours, Monday to Friday. Weekend coverage is opportunistic, so chats started on Saturday or Sunday may be picked up by a teammate that day, but the guaranteed reply window is the next working day.
If your issue is urgent
If your issue is urgent, write "urgent" in your first chat message and include the reason, for example a launch event the next day or an order that is blocking a team rollout. V1CE prioritises chats marked urgent and aims to reply quickly during working hours.
About old V1CE phone numbers
V1CE has moved fully to chat and email as its support channels, so any V1CE phone number you may have seen listed somewhere is no longer in service. There is no current V1CE support phone line. The chat and email routes above are the only ways to reach the V1CE support team.
