How do I download my V1CE QR code or design mockup?
You can download your V1CE page QR code yourself from the QR codes section of your V1CE dashboard. Your card design mockup files (the visual proofs created during your order) are stored against your order on the design portal, and V1CE support can also email you the high-resolution versions on request. This article covers both.
Download your V1CE page QR code from the dashboard
To download a QR code that opens your V1CE page:
Log in at app.v1ce.co.
Open the More menu in the sidebar and click QR codes (path: app.v1ce.co/qr-codes).
Click Create QR code, or open an existing QR code you have already made.
Choose whether the QR code points to your V1CE page or any other URL.
Customise the colour and centre image if you want a branded QR code.
Click Download and choose your format: SVG (best for print), PNG (good general use), JPG, or PDF.

Where the QR code on the back of your V1CE card comes from
The QR code printed on the back of your physical V1CE card is generated by V1CE during production. It points to your V1CE page. You do not need to design or upload this QR code, V1CE handles it. If you want a digital copy of that specific QR code (the one on the back of your card), contact V1CE support and the team will send you the file.
Download your card design mockup files
Your V1CE card design mockup files (the visual proofs created by V1CE's design team during your order) are stored against your order in the design portal:
Log in at v1ce.co/dashboard/orders.
Find your order.
Open the design portal page for that order.
The mockups V1CE sent for your approval are visible there. Right-click and Save (on desktop) or long-press and Save image (on mobile) to download.
High-resolution mockups for printing or marketing
If you want the high-resolution print-ready version of your V1CE mockup (for example, to use in your own marketing materials or to share with a designer), contact V1CE support with your order number and ask for the high-resolution mockup. The team will email you the file.
Note: V1CE owns the production-ready artwork that includes V1CE's templating, NFC chip positioning, and bleed. The high-resolution mockup V1CE sends is a flat visual of your card, suitable for marketing use. For full print artwork files (working PSD or AI files), contact V1CE support to discuss.
Download your vCard / contact card
A separate but related question is downloading your V1CE contact details as a vCard file (a .vcf file that can be imported into a phone or email contacts app). To download your vCard, go to your V1CE page in the dashboard, find the Save Contact option, and tap it. Your phone offers to download the vCard or save the contact directly.
