Does V1CE support languages other than English?

V1CE's app and replies are in English. Customers can use device translation, or write to V1CE in their language and the team will respond as best they can.

Does V1CE support languages other than English?

V1CE's dashboard at app.v1ce.co and V1CE's support replies are currently in English only. V1CE does not yet have native-language support for Spanish, German, Italian, Arabic, French, or other languages. You can still use V1CE in your preferred language by using your phone or browser's built-in translation, and you can still write to V1CE in your language and the team will reply as best they can.

The V1CE dashboard is currently English only

The V1CE dashboard at app.v1ce.co is currently English only. There is no language selector inside the dashboard yet. Your V1CE page itself, the page that opens when someone taps your V1CE card, can contain whatever language you write in it. So you can build a fully German, Italian, or Spanish V1CE page even though the dashboard around it is in English.

How to view the V1CE dashboard in your language using browser translation

To view the V1CE dashboard in your language, use your browser's built-in translation. The exact steps depend on your browser:

  • Chrome: right-click anywhere on the V1CE page and choose Translate to your language.

  • Safari (iPhone or Mac): tap the page menu in the address bar and choose Translate Website.

  • Edge: click the Translate icon in the address bar and choose your language.

  • Firefox: install the Firefox Translations add-on, then translate from the toolbar.

Browser translation is a best-effort machine translation and is not perfect for every term, but it is enough to find your way around.

Translate a V1CE page on the phone you tap

When someone taps your V1CE card and your page opens on their phone, they can translate the page using their phone's built-in tools:

  • iPhone: tap the address bar menu in Safari, choose Translate to [language].

  • Android (Chrome): tap the three-dot menu, choose Translate.

Writing to V1CE support in your language

You can write to V1CE support in your own language. The V1CE support team is English-speaking, so the team uses translation to read your message and to reply. Replies come back to you in English. You can translate them on your end with your browser or device's translate feature.

If you would prefer to write in English, that is fine too. A short, plain-English message gets the fastest reply.

Is V1CE adding native-language support?

V1CE is aware many customers would like the dashboard and support in their native language. Native-language support is on V1CE's roadmap but is not committed to a specific date. If you would like to put your vote in for a specific language, mention it when you contact V1CE support and the team will pass it on.
