How do I upload my design or find my mockups?

After placing your order, go to the design portal at v1ce.co/dashboard/orders to upload your logo and design files. Our design team will create a mockup and email it to you for approval.

The design process

  1. Place your order on v1ce.co

  2. You are redirected to the design portal (or receive an email with a link)

  3. Upload your files — logo, design instructions, brand colours

  4. Our designer creates a mockup and sends it to your email

  5. You approve or request changes

  6. Once approved, your card goes to print

How to upload your design

  1. Log in at v1ce.co/dashboard/orders

  2. Find your order

  3. Click Upload Design or Design Brief

  4. Upload your logo (PNG or SVG works best)

  5. Add any instructions — colours, layout preferences, text

  6. Submit

Where to find your mockups

Mockups are sent to the email address you used to place your order. If you cannot find them:

• Check your Spam and Junk folders • Search for emails from V1CE or noreply@v1ce.co • Log in to v1ce.co/dashboard/orders — mockups may also be visible there

Requesting changes to your mockup

Reply directly to the mockup email with your feedback. Our design team will make the changes and send you an updated version. There is no limit on revision rounds before approval.

Design guidelines

Logo format: PNG, SVG, or PDF with transparent background • Resolution: At least 300 DPI for best print quality • Card size: Standard credit card size (85.6mm x 54mm) • Metal cards: Available in two-tone designs (gold or silver base). Full-colour printing is not available on metal — use PVC or bamboo for full-colour designs • Bleed area: Keep important elements at least 3mm from the edges

Common issues

I was not redirected to the design portal after ordering Go directly to v1ce.co/dashboard/orders and find your order. The design upload link will be there.

The design portal is showing a white screen Try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser (Chrome works best). If it still does not work, email your design files directly to our team and we will upload them for you.

I want the same design as a previous order When you reach the design portal, you can select a previous design. No need to upload everything again.

I approved the design but want to make a change If your card has not gone to print yet, contact us immediately and we can update it. Once printing has started, changes are no longer possible.
