Login says no account exists, but I'm sure I have one

This article is for people who are sure they have a V1CE account but see "no account exists" when they try to log in.

Why login may say no account exists

If you are sure you have a V1CE account but login says no account exists for your email, the account was most likely created under a different email address, usually the email used to place the order. V1CE accounts are tied to the email used at sign-up or checkout, so a different work or personal email will not find it.

Check these first

  1. Log in at app.v1ce.co using the email that placed the order, which may differ from the one you are trying now.

  2. If you signed up with Apple and chose "Hide my email", your login email ends in @privaterelay.appleid.com.

  3. On the login screen, select Forgot Password and check your inbox and spam folder for the reset email.

If you still cannot find your account

If none of the above works, send V1CE these three details in a chat and V1CE will locate your account for you:

  • The email address you expect the account to be under.

  • Your business name.

  • Your order number, or roughly when you ordered, if you do not have the number.

A member of V1CE's team will then find the account and confirm the correct login email.

Still need help? Start a chat with V1CE's team and V1CE will sort it out.
