3. Create auto-messages - make sure there are no mistakes in the auto messages
4. Set up Autohost
Does the property require a background check?
5. Once linked to Hostaway, please let management (Carstin, Daffi, Maria) know so that we can optimize pricing
Add check-in instructions to the listing on Hostaway
6. Check if the listings have been reflected on Breezeway
7. Add the group name to the listing on Breezeway
8. Add access details under property info on Breezeway for cleaners.

Photos
The first 8 photos of the listing should walk the guest through the home
1st photo is the most important! Pick the best photo of the home - usually the living room, kitchen, or bedroom
The first 8 photos should show the guest living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, dining room, amenity (pool, gym, rooftop, etc)
Photo captions for all photos. (example: Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and more)
Listing Title
Go to Google Maps and type in the address of the property. Then click Things To Do and see what attractions are near the property
Create a list of attractions and use it for the Listing Title. Listing Titles can consist of up to 50 characters. Try to use up all characters in the title.
FORMAT of the listing title should be
# bedrooms with an amenity by location attraction & location attraction
# bedroom in location, location attraction w/ amenity, amenity & amenity
# bedroom w/ amenity, amenity by location, attraction & location attraction

The Listing Description category has 5 subsections.
Listing Description (500 character max)
Brief and “to the point” description of the property/unit and surrounding location. Note the # of bedrooms with a brief description of the space, amenities, and location.
