Deactivating a user in Vantage removes their access while preserving their history for reference.

How to Deactivate a User

  1. Go to the Users tab on your dashboard.

  2. Hover over the user you wish to deactivate.

  3. Click the “Deactivate” button that appears on the right side.

  4. A confirmation popup will appear—confirm the action to proceed.

Once deactivated:

  • The user will no longer be able to access Vantage.

  • They will be removed from all user lists.

  • Their name will still appear on historical events for record-keeping.

Viewing Deactivated Users

To view all deactivated users:

  1. Open the filters in the Users tab.

  2. Navigate to the Deactivated tab.
