Deactivating a user in Vantage removes their access while preserving their history for reference.
How to Deactivate a User
Go to the Users tab on your dashboard.
Hover over the user you wish to deactivate.
Click the “Deactivate” button that appears on the right side.
A confirmation popup will appear—confirm the action to proceed.
Once deactivated:
The user will no longer be able to access Vantage.
They will be removed from all user lists.
Their name will still appear on historical events for record-keeping.
Viewing Deactivated Users
To view all deactivated users:
Open the filters in the Users tab.
Navigate to the Deactivated tab.
