Once the installation team has completed its work, the event must be submitted for approval to ensure all requirements have been met before finalizing it.
Step-by-Step Submission:
Open the Event
Go to the Event that the installation team has finished.Navigate to the Completion Tab
In the event, open the Completion tab. This section contains a series of questions that need to be answered before submission.Answer the Required Questions
Fill in the answers to all questions.Questions marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and must be answered to proceed.
Submit the Event
Once all the required fields are completed, click the "Submit" button.
This action will change the event’s status to “Awaiting Approval”, notifying the Event owner and Collaborators that the event is ready for final review. This cannot be undone.
