Completing an Event

Updated this week

Once an event has been submitted for approval by the installers team, the next step is to complete the event or mark it as not completed based on the status of the work.

Step-by-Step Completion Process:

  1. Open the Event
Navigate to the Event that was submitted for approval.

  2. Go to the Completion Tab
Inside the event, open the Completion tab where you will find options to either complete or mark the event as not completed.

  3. Choose the Completion Status
You will be presented with two buttons:

    • Complete: If the event is finished and ready to be closed, click this button. A confirmation popup will appear asking you to confirm that the event is completed.

    • Not Completed: If the event is not finished due to issues or pending changes, click this button. You can choose to close the event as not completed or close it and create a revisit.

If you have unresolved issues on this event, you might want to close it and to link those to a revisit. Learn about linked issues and revisits.

Filter Events for Visibility
Events marked as "Completed" or "Not Completed" are hidden from the dashboard by default. To view them, you will need to adjust the filter settings to include these statuses.
