When a company invites you as a vendor, they may ask you to complete an onboarding form before you can start receiving work from them.
This is their way of collecting the information they need: your coverage areas, qualifications, insurance details, or anything else they require.
You complete the form once per company. If you work with multiple companies that use Vantage, each one has its own separate form.
Completing the form from the dashboard
When you log in to Vantage, you will see a prompt to complete an onboarding form.
Click the prompt or go to Clients in the left sidebar.
Open the client company that sent you the form.
Go to the Vendor onboarding tab.
Fill in all the questions.
Click Submit to send it for review.
Once submitted, you cannot edit your answers. Make sure everything is correct before you submit. If you need to make changes after submitting, ask the company to reset your form.
Completing the form from the mobile app
Open the Vantage app and go to Settings.
You will see a list of companies you have received onboarding forms from, along with their current status.
Tap the company whose form you want to complete.
Fill in the questions and tap Submit.
What happens after you submit the form
Your answers go to the company for review. They will update your status, you will see it change from In review to either Approved or Not approved.
If you work with multiple companies, being approved by one does not affect your status with any other. Each relationship is independent.
