When you assign a vendor to an event, your client can see that the event has been subcontracted. Sub-visibility controls whether the client also sees which vendor you used.
Sub-visibility on: The client can see the name of the vendor you subcontracted to.
Sub-visibility off: The client can see that work was subcontracted, but not who to.
Configuring sub-visibility
Go to Workspace Settings via the gear icon at the bottom of the left sidebar.
Click Sub-visibility.
Toggle the setting on or off based on your preference.
Click Save.
Sub-visibility only affects the Client Portal. Clients must have Client Portal access for this setting to have any effect.
