Sub-visibility controls whether your clients can see who you have subcontracted work to. When you assign a vendor to an event and a client has Client Portal access, this setting determines how much of the subcontracting chain they can see.
How it works
When the toggle is off: Clients can see that work has been subcontracted, but they cannot see the name of the vendor you assigned. They know a subcontractor is involved, but not who.
When the toggle is on: Clients can see the full subcontracting chain, including the name of the vendor you assigned to their event.
This setting applies workspace-wide. It is not configurable per client or per event.
Sub-visibility only controls what clients can see. Vendors see only their own assigned events and cannot see other vendors in your network.
