Vendor onboarding lets you collect information from new vendors before they start working with you: insurance certificates, qualifications, service areas, and anything else you need.
You configure the form once in Workspace settings, and every new vendor you invite completes it when they connect.
How vendors complete the form
When a vendor accepts your invitation and creates their workspace, they are prompted to complete your onboarding form. They can complete it from the web dashboard or the mobile app. Once submitted, neither you nor the vendor can edit the responses.

Each relationship is separate. A vendor completes a different onboarding form for each company they connect with. Their status with one company has no effect on their status with another.

Can I edit a vendor's onboarding responses after they submit?
No. Once a vendor submits the form, neither you nor the vendor can edit the responses. If you need updated information, you can move the vendor's status back to New — they will be prompted to complete the current version of the form again.
