If you’ve submitted a booking on Vidle Housing and haven’t received a confirmation email, don’t worry — it may still be processing, or the email may have landed in your spam or promotions folder.
Here’s what you can do:
Step 1: Check Your Account
Log into your Vidle Housing account and go to My Trips.
If your reservation shows as Confirmed, you’re all set!
Step 2: Check Spam/Promotions
Sometimes confirmation emails are filtered into spam or promotional tabs. Search for “Vidle Housing” in your inbox.
Step 3: Contact Us
If nothing is showing, please send us:
The email address you booked with
The property name or check-in date
We’ll look it up and confirm everything on your behalf.
