Where Can I Find My Check-In Details?
Approximately 48 hours before check-in, you'll receive an email containing your:
Property address
Check-in instructions
Entry or access codes (if applicable)
Any additional arrival information provided by the host
You can also view this information by:
Signing in to your Vidle Housing account.
Going to Dashboard.
Selecting My Trips.
Opening your reservation.
Haven't Received Your Check-In Information?
If you're within 48 hours of your arrival and still don't have your check-in details:
1. Check Your Email
Look for an email from Vidle Housing with your check-in information.
Be sure to check your:
Spam or Junk folder
Promotions tab (Gmail)
Inbox using the search terms "Vidle Housing" or "Check-In."
2. Check Your Dashboard
Visit My Trips to see if your check-in information has been added to your reservation.
3. Contact Your Host
If you still have questions about your arrival, you can message your host directly through the Vidle Housing messaging system for the fastest response.
4. Contact Vidle Housing Support
If you're within 48 hours of check-in and still can't access your property address or arrival instructions, contact our Customer Experience team. We'll work with your host to make sure you have everything you need before you arrive.
