Maintenance & Utility Issues

Common Maintenance Issues

Examples include:

  • Broken or malfunctioning appliances

  • Plumbing issues, such as clogged drains or leaking faucets

  • Heating or air conditioning problems

  • Electrical outlets or light fixtures not working

  • Broken locks, doors, or windows

  • Furniture or other items that become damaged during your stay

Utility & Safety Concerns

If you're experiencing issues with utilities or safety equipment, notify your host immediately.

If you smell gas, see smoke, or believe there is an immediate safety risk, leave the property and call 911 or your local emergency services before contacting your host.
