Optimize Your Office Network for Best Performance

General Network Compatibility

In most cases, VMC works without requiring changes to your office network (Wi-Fi, email, firewall, VPN, etc.). However, some adjustments may be necessary if you experience any of the following issues:

  • Delayed or missing email notifications

  • Push to kiosk not working

  • Printer and iPad connection issues over Wi-Fi

  • Slow or unresponsive VMC website/app

Whitelist These Domains

To ensure seamless operation, whitelist the following domains:

  • webapi.signinpoint.com

  • app.signinpoint.com

  • *.signinpoint.com

  • *.amazonaws.com

  • *.signin.systems

PubNub (Push Service)

For push notifications, ensure access to:

  • *.pubnub.com

  • *.pndsn.com

  • *.pubnub.net

  • *.pubnub.io

SendGrid (Email Delivery)

No changes required.

Twilio (SMS Services)

No changes required.

Brother Printers (Various Models)

For proper printer functionality with VMC, allow:

  • Network Scanning: UDP 54925 (Internal/External)

  • Network PC-Fax Receiving: UDP 54926 (Internal/External)

  • Network Printing & Remote Setup: UDP 137 and UDP 161 (Internal/External)

Firewall Settings

Ensure access to the following:

  • webapi.signinpoint.com

  • app.signinpoint.com

TLS Security Requirements

Your network must support TLS v1.3 for proper system and iPad kiosk functionality. TLS v1.2 is no longer supported.
