In most cases, VMC works without requiring changes to your office network (Wi-Fi, email, firewall, VPN, etc.). However, some adjustments may be necessary if you experience any of the following issues:
Delayed or missing email notifications
Push to kiosk not working
Printer and iPad connection issues over Wi-Fi
Slow or unresponsive VMC website/app

To ensure seamless operation, whitelist the following domains:

PubNub (Push Service)
For push notifications, ensure access to:

TLS Security Requirements
Your network must support TLS v1.3 for proper system and iPad kiosk functionality. TLS v1.2 is no longer supported.
