If you're having issues setting up or using your Brother QL-820NWB Badge Printer, follow these steps below.
Plug the provided AC Adapter into the Printer and the AC Power Cord.
Plug the AC Power Cord into an AC power outlet.
Set Language and Clock Settings On your printer, press the Menu button then use the [▲] and [▼] buttons to scroll and select "Settings" and press [OK].
Select "Set Clock" and press [OK].
Select the current year, month, and day by using the [▲] and [▼] buttons to scroll and the [OK] button to select.
Select the time by using the [▲] and [▼] buttons to scroll and the [OK] button to select.
