Adding an iPad:
Visitu seamlessly integrates with Apple iPads and iPad Pros. Ensure compatibility with the following models:
iPads: iPad (5th generation - current), iPad Air 2, iPad Air 3
iPad Pros: iPad Pro 9.7 inch (current), iPad Pro 12.9 inch (current)
Steps to Add an iPad:
Visit the Apple App Store and download the Visitu Kiosk App: Visitu Kiosk App.
Open the app, presenting two login options: QR CODE and LOGIN.
QR CODE: Scan the QR code generated in your Dashboard under Settings → Devices → Enroll Device.
LOGIN: Enter your Email and Password (Super Admins have default access).
Choose a name for the iPad. The app provides the default name, but if multiple iPads are in use, renaming is an option.
The Visitu Kiosk app operates in three modes:
Receptionist
Kiosk
Touch-Free
Note: The printer needs to be connected to the iPad for badge printing.
