How to log in when you have a new phone and two-factor authentication enabled

Logging in with two-factor authentication and a new phone

If you have changed your phone and have two-factor authentication enabled, you must have the same authenticator app as before.

  • Download the same authenticator app you had before on your new phone.

  • Log in to your authenticator app with the credentials you previously entered in the app.

  • Once you have logged in to the app, your authentication code should be available.
