The account recovery key is a personalized code that you can use to reset your password. The code should therefore be kept safe.

When you log in for the first time as a Case Manager, you will be prompted to save your ‘Account Recovery Code’ which can be found in the settings. You can find the settings by clicking on the person icon in the top right corner. In your settings, click on the ‘Account Recovery Code’ button and enter your password. You can now view and save your code. Save your code in a safe place.
